Important details about your stay
We charge a final cleaning fee for the apartments. The exact amount can be found in our price list.
Children up to 2 years stay free as an additional guest · Children aged 3 to 14 receive a discount
Private parking spaces are available free of charge at the accommodation (no reservation required).
Our apartments are available from 3:00 pm. We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 am on the day of departure to ensure the next guests can arrive on time to a clean holiday home.
We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed at Haus Schroll.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house.
The Zillertal ski and hiking areas are easily accessible by (ski) bus or car. Hikes can also be started directly from the house.
Smoking is not permitted in our apartments.
We only accept cash payments at our accommodation. Alternatively, you can transfer the payment to our bank account before your arrival.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required upon arrival. This must be paid in cash. The deposit is usually refunded upon departure. The full amount will be refunded in cash after the accommodation has been inspected and no damages have been found.
Our house does not have a wellness area, but there is a private sauna available in our Kaiser Apartments.
We are happy to provide a free baby cot upon request and subject to availability.
Our Haus Schroll is only 300 metres from the centre of Ried im Zillertal.
The nearest ski bus stop is only about 50 metres away. The bus takes you directly to the Hochfügen - Hochzillertal ski area.
In winter, skis and snowboards can be safely stored in our ski room. Ski and snowboard boots are prepared for the next active day using the boot dryer.
Your bicycles and e-bikes can be safely stored and/or charged in our bicycle room.
Towels and bed linen are, of course, provided free of charge.
The spacious garden is available to all guests.
